Returns & Refunds Policy for Mandarin Glow Ltd

At Mandarin Glow Ltd, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, please read the information below regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges.

Your Right to Cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods for any reason.

To exercise this right, please notify us by email at hello@mandarin-glow.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order.

Once you have notified us, you must return the items within 14 days.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in their original condition.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging where possible.
  • You must provide proof of purchase or order confirmation.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we reserve the right to refuse refunds on products that have been used, burned, melted, damaged, or altered after delivery unless they are faulty.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@mandarin-glow.co.uk.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the item and packaging

Where appropriate, we will offer:

  • A replacement product
  • A full refund
  • A partial refund

This does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:

  • Used candles
  • Used wax melts
  • Gift cards
  • Custom-made or personalised products

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days using the original payment method.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.

Return Postage Costs

If you are returning an item because you have changed your mind, you are responsible for the return postage costs.

If the item is faulty, damaged, or supplied in error, Mandarin Glow Ltd will cover reasonable return postage costs or provide a replacement.
