Delivery Methods

Available delivery options and charges will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Delivery Times

Lost Parcels

A parcel will generally not be considered lost until the courier’s investigation process has been completed.

Damaged Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We will assess the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.

Failed Deliveries and Returned Orders

  • The delivery address was incorrect

We may require payment of additional shipping costs before re-dispatching the order.
